В статье обоснована важность обеспечения энергосбережения в ЖКХ на основе разработки и внедрения инновационных технологий и оборудования. Предложена организационная региональная структура реализации инновационных проектов по энергосбережению в ЖКХ, основанная на сотрудничестве с малыми инновационными предприятиями, создаваемыми при вузах. Сформулированы принципы разработки инновационных программ в области энергосбережения в ЖКХ, реализуемых при участии малых инновационных предприятий при вузах.
In the article the importance of energy efficiency in housing through the development and introduction of innovative technologies and equipment. Proposed organizational structure of the regional implementation of innovative projects on energy saving in housing sector, based on cooperation with the small innovative enterprises that are created when universities. The principles of developing innovative programs in energy efficiency in housing and utilities, implemented with the participation of small innovative enterprises in the universities.
