Право на достаточный жизненный уровень (достойную жизнь - в терминологии статьи 7 Конституции Российской Федерации) - основополагающее социальное право, составляющее правовой базис для всей системы социальных прав и свобод человека и гражданина. Данное право вытекает из двух фундаментальных правовых императивов другой группы прав - гражданских прав человека и гражданина: права каждого на жизнь и права каждого на достоинство личности, что еще раз подтверждает взаимосвязанность и взаимообусловленность всей системы прав человека и гражданина.
The right to a sufficient standard of life (a worthy life - in terminology of clause 7 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation) - the basic social right making legal basis for all system of the social rights and freedom of the person and the citizen. The given right follows from two fundamental legal imperatives of other group of the rights - civil human rights and the citizen: the rights of everyone to a life and the rights of everyone to advantage of the person, that once again confirms coherence and interconditionality of all system of human rights and the citizen.
