В настоящей статье представлены и рассмотрены технологий разработок рейтингов финансовой устойчивости кредитных организаций, используемых международными и российскими рейтинговыми агентствами, которые помогут не только внешним пользователям информации в правильности выбора партнеров, но и Банку России сделать мотивированную оценку деятельности кредитной организации, а также выявить и в последующем предотвратить и/или уменьшить негативные тенденции в его деятельности, в целях обеспечения условий для поддержания стабильности банковской системы России в целом.
In the present article are presented and considered technologies of workings out of ratings of financial stability of the credit organisations used by the international and Russian rating agencies which will help not only to external users of the information with correctness of a choice of partners, but also to Bank of Russia to make motivation an estimation of activity of the credit organisation, and also to reveal and in the subsequent to prevent and-or reduce negative tendencies in its activity, with a view of maintenance of conditions for maintenance of stability of bank system of Russia as a whole.
