В мировой экономической науке до сих пор не достигнуто единодушие по вопросу, какую из концепций собственности считать наиболее правильной. Скорее можно говорить о конкуренции нескольких альтернативных концепций, которые и будут нами подвергнуты пристальному анализу. Данная работа предвосхищает анализ господствующей в настоящее время в экономической теории концепции собственности (теории прав собственности).

Evolution of the property concept in domestic economic-theoretical tradition: review of basic approaches Unanimity on a question, what property concept should be considered as the most correct, is not reached in a world economic science till now. More likely concept is co-existence of several competitive alternative property concepts which are subject to the steadfast analysis. The given work anticipates the analysis of the property concept dominating now in the economic theory (the theory of the property rights).
