В статье раскрыты и обоснованы основные направления совершенствования организационных и методических основ управления при переходе к информационному обществу. Приведены аргументы в пользу распространения применяемых на микроуровне инновационных подходов к управлению на макроуровень. Отмечена необходимость противодействия связанным с изменениями в сфере управления вызовам и угрозам.
The article reveals and substantiates the main directions for improving the organizational and methodological foundations of management in the transition to the information society. Arguments are presented in favour of spreading the applied at the micro level innovative approaches to management at the macro level. The necessity of countering the challenges and threats associated with changes in the sphere of management was noted.
