В статье рассматриваются особенности законодательного регулирования в сфере государственных закупок в условиях перевода закупочного процесса на режим полной информатизации и рассматриваются предложения по совершенствованию инструментов, использование которых может дать очередной импульс для повышения эффективности государственных расходов.
