В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования, реализации и оценки кадровой политики предприятия. В настоящее время кадровая политика предприятия выступает сознательной и целенаправленной деятельностью по созданию трудового коллектива, способного совмещать цели и приоритеты предприятия и его сотрудников.

The article deals with the formation, implementation and evaluation of the personnel policy of the enterprise.
