Также в статье представлен механизм проведения анализа выявления потребностей и степени удовлетворенности потребителей по уровням ранжирования методом экспертных оценок. Определено, что предложенная методика установления потребностей целевых групп в муниципальном образовании в практическом исполнении должна стать основой формирования стратегического плана развития муниципалитета.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The work has been evaluated the needs of the target groups of the municipality in order to select promising areas of development to develop the most effective strategy for the development of the territory. The article also presents a mechanism for analyzing the identification of needs and the degree of customer satisfaction by ranking levels by the method of expert assessments.
