В статье исследованы новые для российской практики требования к организации управленческого процесса, обусловленные видоизменением условий хозяйствования организаций с учетом фактора санкционного давления. Исследованы негативные последствия использования в управленческой практики досанкционных управленческих паттернов и оценены возможности их сохранения с определенными модификациями. По результатам проведенного исследования разработана система рекомендаций по реорганизации управленческого процесса для каждого из этапов жизненного цикла организации.

The article explores new requirements for the Russian practice for the organization of the management process, due to the modification of the business conditions of organizations, taking into account the factor of sanctions pressure. The negative consequences of the use of pre–sanction management patterns in managerial practice are studied and the possibilities of their preservation with certain modifications are assessed. Based on the results of the study, a system of recommendations was developed for the reorganization of the management process for each of the stages of the organization’s life cycle.
