Обоснована необходимость повышения эффективности процедур контроля качества и приемки продукции специального назначения, что предполагает увеличение роли государственного заказчика на всех этапах инновационного и производственно–технологического цикла, связанного с выпуском продукции специального назначения. Предложена интегрированная система контроллинга при производстве инновационной промышленной продукции специального назначения, отличающаяся интеграцией функций контроллинга в промышленности и системы государственной приемки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The main trends in the development of the military–industrial complex of the Russian Federation are considered. The necessity of improving the efficiency of quality control procedures and acceptance of special–purpose products is substantiated, which implies an increase in the role of the state customer at all stages of the innovation and production–technological cycle associated with the release of special–purpose products.
