Но не многие руководители в силах оценить человеческий капитал в финансовом плане, а также определить финансовую стоимость данного актива. Большую часть человеческого капитала организации составляет рабочая сила. На величину данного капитала также влияет само управление человеческим капиталом и культура.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Human capital in any organization is one of the key assets. But not many managers are able to assess human capital in financial terms, as well as determine the financial value of this asset. Most of the organization’s human capital is made up of labor.
