В статье сделан акцент на вкладе ученых– классиков управления в развитие концепции гуманизации, а также приведены точки зрения различных современных авторов на раскрытие понятия гуманизации. Сделан вывод о том, что гуманизация лежит в основе процесса трансформации бюрократической организации в человекоцентрическую организацию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the article, the author considers the concept of humanization in the context of managing business structures. The article focuses on the contribution of classical management scientists to the development of the concept of humanization, and also presents the points of view of various modern authors on the disclosure of the concept of humanization.
