Изначально было много отрицательных реакций на CRM, но уже сейчас она стала достаточно актуальной и с удовольствием принята руководителями более 75% стоматологическими клиниками. Так, за основу была взята частная стоматологическая клиника, как один из ведущих и перспективных бизнесов в Российской Федерации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>During the crisis and the globalization of the economy, the CRM concept is considered the number one innovation in management. Initially, there were many negative reactions to CRM, but now it has become quite relevant and is gladly accepted by the heads of more than 75% of dental clinics.
