В работе рассматривается механизм государственно–частного партнерства как эффективного механизма на рынке инвестиций, а также анализируются преимущества данного механизма по сравнению с бюджетно-инвестиционными проектами. Автор рассматривает основные проблемы реализация проектов ГЧП и предлагает пути их решения.

This article examines public–private partnership as an effective mechanism in the investment market. It also analyzes the advantages of PPP in comparison with budget-investment projects. The author provides the main problems of PPP projects implementation and suggests ways to solve them.
