Диагностика маркетинговой среды предприятия позволит выявить слабые стороны в работе. Автор, на примере ООО «МПК “Атяшевский”», рассматривает динамику клиентского потока, финансовых результатов деятельности и построения матрицы БКГ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The competitive environment is one of the most important factors for effective operation of the company. Diagnostics of the company’s marketing environment will help to identify weaknesses in the work.
