Данная статья посвящена новой, но достаточно актуальной в условиях постиндустриального общества теме «интеллектуальные услуги». В статье рассматривается проблема отсутствия общепринятого определения данной отрасли экономики, анализируется непосредственно понятие «интеллектуальный» с разных сторон. Даны определения, которые существуют на данный момент и приведена авторская трактовка интеллектуальных услуг, которая может решить проблему разночтений понимания определения в данной отрасли. Рассматриваются различные мнения исследователей относительно отличительных черт интеллектуальных услуг и, путем их систематизации и дальнейшего анализа, автор выявляет те из них, которые наиболее ярко характеризуют и идентифицируют эту отрасль экономики.
This article focuses on a new, but quite topical issue in a post-industrial society - "knowledge intensive services". The author of this article examines the problem of the lack of universally accepted definition of this sector of the economy, analyses the notion "knowledge intensive" itself with its different sides. She gives the definitions which exist at the moment. There is the author's interpretation of knowledge intensive services, which can solve the problem of ambiguity in understanding of the definition in this industry. In the article the various views of researchers about the distinctive features of knowledge intensive services are discussed and by their classification and subsequent analysis the author reveals those which most clearly characterize and identify this sector of the economy.
