В статье рассматривается авторская позиция по проблемам публичного управления в сфере услуг жилищно-коммунального назначения в России и предлагаются пути их решения в соответствии с программой реформирования данной сферы, принятой на государственном уровне, и развития предпринимательской среды по ряду направлений предоставления услуг.
The article describes the author's position on issues of public administration in the sphere of housing and communal services destination in Russia, and suggests ways to address them in accordance with the reform program of this scope, adopted at the state level, and developing the business environment in several areas of service delivery.
