В работе рассматривается проблемы сущности, видов, оценки и минимизации рисков, анализ экономического содержания неопределенности и риска, необходимость учета рисков при принятии решений в условиях рынка на всех уровнях экономики и, прежде всего на уровне хозяйствующих субъектов. Рассмотрены мероприятия по снижению уровня рисковых событий и обеспечению их экономической безопасности, выявление тенденций развития предпринимательских рисков, способов обеспечения их экономической безопасности, поскольку неотъемлемыми факторами риска являются неопределенность, вероятность и действие.
This paper considers the problem of the essence, species, assessment and minimization of risks, analysis of the economic content of uncertainty and risk, the necessity of accounting risks in decision-making in conditions of the market on all levels ofthe economy and, first of all on the level of economic entities. Describes the measures for reducing the level of risk events and economic security, the trends in development ofbusiness risks, ways of ensuring economic security, because of the inherent risk factors are uncertainty, probability and effect.
